In the summer of 2017, I followed my need to temporarily lead another life and to come loose from routines. I drove to Switzerland and did a workaway in a place called Synergy Village.

Together with a small group of young people from different countries, we worked and lived on the property. We tasted from basic peasant life with no obligations but gardening, cooking, taking care of the guest house and sitting by the fire.

We connected with each other and became close. It was a magical period of time which I knew would only exist for a short while. I experienced how I could make myself feel at home in another place.
